The Pitzer Family: Mia's Birthday Morning!

We started Mia's big 1st birthday by coming in and singing to her, at the exact time she was born, 8:15 a.m. (That only worked because she just so happened to wake up on her own at that time, I would NOT have woken her up from a good sleep-in morning) As you can see in the following picture, she was not sure what to think of Mommy and Daddy coming in singing to her. (Also, you KNOW Cleo had to be up in the middle of the festivities..Bailey had spent the night with a friend the night before, so she wasn't there until that evening)

Another tidbit: Admire Mia's mobile in this picture, because as of today, it is no more. She broke the plastic stem thing. :( We never really used it anyways, it was just prety)

The birthdeay girl in her bib and crown. I had this bib ordered, and it came with this really cute blue rag rolled up with a "flame" on the end like a candle, and it stuck in the cake, but I accidentally un-attached it :(

Because we still had her BIG party planned with the whole family, we decided to have a birthday breakfast on her special day, and Kelley made pancakes.

The sweet baby Birthday Girl, Crashed after her big breakfast. I just sat and stared at her for a minute, in amazement that she is my daughter. What an incredible feeling!
