When we went to Oklahome to visit the twin cousin babies, they had the neatest rockers that I just had to order for Mia. These pictures are of Mia's first time to sit in it. It's really nice to use in the kitchen when I need to clean. The little bug with the red "thing" hanging from it plays music when she pulls it, and the other one rattles. What's really great about this rocker, is that it converts into a "big girl" rocker for her toddler years. So that made the purchase seem more practical! The blue bar swings in front of her when she wants to play, I just had it pushed out so you could see her face in the pictures. 
The other new "gadget" that we got the idea from the twins, was this really great chair, that eventually converts to a booster seat. (Another great purchase that will last a long time). Lately, Mia has been making me nervous in her Bumbo chair, because she has started arching her back to look behind her, and she almost falls out. So this chair is really nice because she can sit up and play, and NOT fall out! Plus there are great little cup/snack holders for when she gets a little older. The tray spins around so that you can turn it around to what she wants to play with, or turn it for her to snack. Thank you little Hope and Faith (Cynthia and Christie) for the great ideas! It's nice to buy things that we know we can use for a while!
