New "Big Girl" Carseat!

Well, we were so proud of ourselves for turning Mia around facing forward in the car on Thanksgiving. We were so excited to watch her "rediscover" what it's like to ride in the car, and be able to SEE what's going on. However, it took a few weeks for us to realize that our carseat had a big sticker on the side that said, "Rear Facing Only". So, $$$$$, it was time to purchase a new one! We were starting to realize that Mia was starting to look a little cramped! So, we shopped around, and wanted to buy a Britax seat, but it was so expensive! We also realized that we needed to get out and buy one right away, since we were driving around with her in an unsafe seat. So, we choose this Graco at Target. It was a little less than the Britax ($179 vs. $279) and it converts to a toddler seat, so we thought this one was perfect for her, and it was comfortable! We brought it home and Kelley got everything set up right, and we introduced it to Mia. She loves her new seat, and she has SO MUCH more room!!!! AND a cup holder for juice or snacks! Yee-Haw!
