My meme went through a rough patch in the Spring. These pictures were taken right after she was finally released back to her sweet Assisted Living home after months of hospitals and rehabs! She was looking as beautiful as ever! This is her sweet dog, Lexi. Thankfully, when it was time to move from her home to assisted living, my Aunt Kathy and her family were able to take Lexi in, So Meme still gets to visit her on the Sundays that we get together.
